CAUSE:
The Dynamic Link Library PROEXEC.DLL could not be located because it is not in the Windows Dynamic-Link Library Search path.
This DLL is necessary for the correct functioning of the Report Builder Engine because it is called as an external procedure by _PRNTINT.P, a procedure invoked by both _PRINTRB.P and _PRNTRB2.P.
FIX:
Ensure the Dynamic Link Library PROEXEC.DLL as well as all the Report Builder DLL files are in the Windows Dynamic-Link Library Search Order path.
