CAUSE:
When setting up Audit Events there are three values that can be selected for the Event Level:
0 = Off
1 = Minimum
2 = Full
As stated in the documentation of the Audit Policy Maintenance tool, for data to be recorded in the _Event-Detail field of an _aud-audit-data record then this value should be set to 2 (Full)
FIX:
Set the Event Level to Full
