Machine uses Itanium processor.
CHANGE:
DataBase was converted from Progress V9 to OpenEdge 10
CAUSE:
Customer was using a PA-RISC license in an Itanium box.
FIX:
Install an Itanium OpenEdge license for HP-UX.
