Follow these steps or similar steps if a new product is released as the locations may change slightly. The entries below are to clarify the type of choices to be made as you move through the ESD site.:
1. Login to our ESD site
2. Select your Progress software link
3. Select "Progress OpenEdge"
4. Select Progress OpenEdge 10.1.x
5. Select Previous Releases tab
6. Select 10.1B03 "10.1B Service Pack 03 (all platforms)
7. Select the 10.1B03 Service pack for the desired platform
8. Select the download bar on the right side of the page
