FIX:
Beginning in 10.1C the ABL INPUT FROM and OUTPUT TO statements have been updated to allow for files greater than 2GB, if the platform allows it.
In addition, the Data Dictionary and Data Administration tools now support dumping and loading of large files (those exceeding 2 GB) to and from the database.
