SYMPTOM(s):
OpenEdge Architect: Internal procedures are not showing in the outline view if following an Internal procedure contains Include file which has semicolon in the input parameter value wrapped by two double-quotes.
Internal Procedure uses an include file.
Include file parameter value are wrapped by two double quotes.
Include file parameter value contains semicolon.
Include file reference is similar to:
{src/include.i &proc=ControlList
¶m="( INPUT ""ProductType"",
INPUT ""Return=1,2,3,4,5;SORT=5"",
OUTPUT ic-list)"}.
No error was given but all other Internal procedure physically after this Internal Procedure failed to be listed in outline view.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00178341
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.1C03 or later. If upgrade is not available at the time, the workaround is to define the content of the string in another variable and use it in the include reference.
