SYMPTOM(s):
RCODE-INFO:TABLE-LIST returns incorrect table names if the r-code file is located in a memory-mapped procedure library
RCODE-INFO:FILE-NAME is set to an r-code file which is located in a memory-mapped procedure library
RCODE-INFO:TABLE-LIST shows wrong table name or shows only the logical database name
In some cases, the r-code will fail to run with error 1494:
<program> --Could not find file <name> in database <db>. (1494)
Error message will show the wrong table name as seen in RCODE-INFO:TABLE-LIST
