Upgraded from 10.1C to 10.2A
CAUSE:
The CVS functionality was split out of Eclipse from Eclipse version 3.3.2 onward. 10.2A uses version 3.4 of Eclipse so CVS is no longer included

Use Software Updates and Add-ons utility in Eclipse to download the CVS client

Download the current version of Eclipse of the Plugin from the Eclipse Website
