FACT(s) (Environment):
Solaris SPARC 9
OpenEdge 10.1B03 64-bit Service Pack
CAUSE:
The 5022 etc. errors indicate that there is bi corruption. It is highly probable that the error 49 during the normal shutdown caused that corruption. The underlying cause of the error 49 is not known at this time.
FIX:
There are two ways the behaviour might be resolved -
1. Force into the database using truncate bi -F.
Or -
2. Restore from backup.
