FACT(s) (Environment):
Using non-Unicode font the correct value is being returned

CAUSE:
Font table defined in the Windows registry, or progress.ini file is using non-Unicode font for the designated font number.
FIX:
Font number designated in FONT-TABLE:GET-TEXT-WIDTH method must be defined in the
Windows registry, or in the progress.ini file as Unicode font.
