EasyAsk Commerce Studio Dashboard does not display charts
FACT(s) (Environment):
EasyAsk 10.1
CAUSE:
The Dashboard will get errors if one of the following problems occur:
1. There is no data in the Sessions and Events database tables that the analytics dictionary is connected to for the timeframe being reported.
2. The analytic dictionary cannot connect to the database identified in its connection properties.
FIX:
Insure that there is data in the Sessions and Events tables. Insure that the server is properly setup to log to the appropriate Sessions and Events tables (see the Commerce Studio Guide for detailed instructions). Insure that there is data in the tables for the time frame being reported. Insure that the database being connected to is operational.
