FIX:
OpenEdge Architect added no new functionality for using ActiveX components in the ABL. In order to take advantage of the traditional features for generating .wrx files and generating control frames one should continue to use the AppBuilder. The AppBuilder can be launched from the Architect environment by launching the AppBuilder Perspective.
