Logical field with extended character format displays wrong value
If a logical fields has a non YES/NO format, and that format contains an extended character, then a toggle box defined on this field will not display the correct value.
Error 4059 with logical fields with a format that contains an extended character, for example Trüe/False.
The toggle displays the FALSE value when it should display the TRUE value, the value with the extended character.
At display time this also results in the 4059 error.
**Attribute SCREEN-VALUE for the TOGGLE-BOX has an invalid value of TRUE. (4059)
