FACT(s) (Environment):

CHANGE:
Installed a second version of OpenEdge
CAUSE:
The progress client icon is missing the prowin32.exe executable name in it and only has a .pf file name. When executed, the older versions prowin32.exe is used because the Windows registry points to that one.
FIX:
Add prowin32 to the beginning of the path for the icon.
