CAUSE:
Incomplete Java Build Path in the OpenEdge Project properties.
FIX:
Add <DLC>\oeide\architect\eclipse\plugins\com.openedge.pdt.text_10.2.0.00\progresside.jar to the Java Build Path in the Project properties.
