A schema pull is performed to create a schemaholder using the Data Dictionary tool (DataServer | ORACLE Utilities | DataServer Schema...)
Oracle VARCHAR2 (1000) column has a display format of "X(320") in the schemaholder

CAUSE:
For historical reasons display format for certain data types have been hardcoded.
FIX:
No fix. This is expected behaviour.
