CAUSE:
Permissions on the Aia log file may be insufficient for the user defined by ServletExec to access the folder of file where the Aia.
FIX:
Check the permissions and make sure the user defined during the installation of ServletExec (example IUSR_<machinename>) has sufficient rights to read and write to the Aia log file.
