Unable to get system information using proinventory
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows Server 2003
Progress/OpenEdge Product Family
CAUSE:
Microsoft Windows 2003 has moved / removed some tools that proinventory makes use of to gather system information.
FIX:
One of the tools used by proinventory has been moved by Microsoft to the following directory:
<OS Drive>:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSInfo
Use the export function found under the file menu to create a text file version of the data.
