Corruption in the Master Block, due to earlier disk problem.
proutil <db> -C dbrpr detected no corruption and ignored the high watermark problem.
Uncertified Progress version for HP-UX 11.

CAUSE:
Corruption in the master block limits the access to some of the tables.
FIX:
Go to your last backup.
Migrate to a certified version of Progress for HP-UX 11.
