Below are the steps to download Sevice packs for Progress products from Electronic Download Center (ESD)
(1) Go to https://progress.subscribenet.com/control/prgs/index
(2) Login with ESD user credentials . To know more on how to acquire a login for ESD, please refer to the below existing knowledge base article
S4280, "How to Obtain a login Account for Electronic Software Download (ESD) to download the different Sonic Releases?"
(3) After successful login, click on 'Download Software'
(4) Select "Service Packs" (fourth line from the bottom of the list).
Service packs for different Progress Products can be found under their respective links
