Errors 5483, 10396, 10397 when connecting to a replication agent
Connection failure for service <service> host <hostname> transport TCP. (5483)
The Fathom Replication Server cannot connect to the database broker on <hostname> at the port <port>. (10396)
The connection attempt to the Fathom Replication Agent <agent> failed. (10397)

CAUSE:
The target database for the appropriate agent is not running.
FIX:
Start the target database using the replication -DBService replagent parameters.
