SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to connect to Admin Server. Ensure Admin Server is running. (8336)
The separate lines for localhost and for the hostname were added to the hosts file and it worked until reboot of the Linux box.
FACT(s) (Environment):
First line in the hosts file has reference to ipv6:::1 localhost.localdomain localhost server2

CAUSE:
Resolution is using the ipv6 line on the Linux box, as it is first, not the expected ipv4 entries.
FIX:
Place the localhost line first and the hostname line second, with the ipv6 line third.
