Category Structure is not displaying in Commerce Studio
FACT(s) (Environment):
EasyAsk 10.1
CAUSE:
EasyAsk assumes by default that the Categories table has a column named Category Name and it uses the information in this column to display the category structure in Commerce Studio.
FIX:
Either change the dictionary so that the Categories table has a column named Category Name that identifies the category names. Then save the dictionary and rerun the Category Utility in either batch mode or from DataWorkshop and then reload the dictionary in Commerce Studio
OR
create a definition ?Name of Category Column? with the definition being the name of your categories table category name column.
