SYMPTOM(s):
(10435) Configuration of the RCB for Fathom Replication cannot be completed.
Agent name is less than 15 characters
Increasing logging level via the pmmgr.properties results in no new error in the sourcedb.repl.server.lg file
Attempts to use sourcedb.repl.properties with a test sports database works fine.
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
Agent name defined in sourcedb.repl.properties file was changed. For example, the source db was enabled and synchronized looking for Agent1. The name, however, is changed to Agent1sys.
FIX:
Rename the agent back to it's original name and restart the replication server.
