SYMPTOM(s):
Sqlschema doesn't dump COLLATE case_insensitive field definition.
Case insensitivity of the field is lost after loading resulting .dfsql file back into a new database. The field becomes case sensitive.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00179164
FIX:
The only workaround at the moment is to manually modify SQL definitions (.dfsql) file before the load.
