License Update utility fails with access error code 44537
Unable to access error code 44537.
When the error is confirmed by pressing 'OK' button, the process crashes
Problem appears only after installing Service Pack 3.1C01
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
OpenEdge Management 3.1C01 32-bit Service Pack
CAUSE:
This is a known issue
FIX:
Available workarounds:
1. Reinstall OE Management 3.1C with required changes to license information; reapply Service Pack 1; or
2. Install OE Management 3.1C on a spare machine; copy fathom.cfg to OE Management installation directory on the problematic server
