SYMPTOM(s):
CRCs on the Virtual System Tables (VST) related tables have changed in 8.3A.
Unable to locate index for _License. (3252)
FIX:
Recompile, at a minimum, all routines using any VSTs whose CRCs have changed. A more prudent approach would be to recompile all procedures after moving to 8.3, especially if you were using VSTs in 8.2 and plan to continue using them in 8.3.
