SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to load Servlet via ServletExec
Aia appears started according to the admserv.log
No Aia log is created
java exception is throw in in web page
Exception log is inaccessible (CMNMsg031)
java.io.FileNotFoundException: exceptions.log (Access is denied)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
The Progress/OpenEdge directory is not configured properly within the ServletExec configuration.
FIX:
Make sure all paths pointing to Progress/OpenEdge components are complete and correct and that capitalization is correct.
