DLL Error : 0509-026 System error: Cannot run a file that does not have a valid format. (8014)
SOAP processor initialization error. Could not load prosoap.dll or libprosoap.so (11457)
SERVER is not connected. (5451)

CAUSE:
The 10.1B02 service pack was installed, however, the customer incorrectly installed the version of the service pack for 32-Bit AIX platforms and not for 64-Bit AIX platforms.
FIX:
Uninstall the 32-Bit 10.1B02 service pack and install the 64-Bit 10.1B02 service pack
