Binary dump fails to dump records when using -index 0
SYSTEM ERROR: bkrlsbuf: cannot release buffer lock, use count <count> is invalid. (1051)

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00178989
FIX:
A workaround is to remove -index 0 from the binary dump command. The dump will go slower but it will complete.
FIX:
Upgrade to OE10.2B or later
