Other than getting Alert counts via the Resource Alert Details reports (Create a report from the template and specify the resource to be reported on within the properties), there is no existing functionality within Fathom to easily see the alert history once alerts are cleared.

It may be possible to write a report against the trend db. However writing reports against the trend db isn't easy, particularly if a compaction job has been run on the trend db because it puts archived records into a different table. It would essentially require you to reverse engineer a existing reports to determine out how they function, there is no documentation on how to write reports other than docs that mention the fields that exist within the trend db. It may be easier to write your own report and run it as a job instead of modifying an existing report, but it can still be quite difficult.
