Cannot find Progress keys in the registry (no PSC folder under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE)
FACT(s) (Environment):
ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID are properly set.
Shared library not mentioned in the log file
Windows Server 2003
OpenEdge 10.1C01 Service Pack

CAUSE:
Faulty installation of the VMWare machine
FIX:
Re-create the image and re-install the product.
