SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to add new images to the MS ImageList ActiveX control
Newly added images are not available when re-opening the ImageList control properties
Changes to the ImageList control are not saved
.WRX file is not updated
Attempting to add new images to the MS ImageList ActiveX control
New images are saved if the .W is saved with a different name
New images are lost if the .W is renamed back to its original name

CAUSE:
The working directory "[current director]" is not in the PROPATH.
This results in AppBuilder referencing the wrong .WRX file.
FIX:
Correct the PROPATH
