SYMPTOM(s):
Architect fails to start with error "An error has occurred. See the log file"
Exception is raised after selecting the workspace
The local administrator can run Architect with no errors
The initial user no longer experiences the exception at startup, after the Local Administrator could successfully start Architect with the specified workspace.

FACT(s) (Environment):
The user does not have the write permissions on the workspace directory.

CAUSE:
The user does not have the correct file permissions. When first creating the workspace, Architect copies the OpenEdge plugins for Eclipse and the metadata information into the workspace.
FIX:
The user creating the workspace must be granted the WRITE permissions on the workspace directory.
