FACT(s) (Environment):
Installing an additional product into an existing installation.
Trying to install a 64 bit product into an existing OpenEdge installation.
Existing OpenEdge installation is a 32 bit port.

CAUSE:
Trying to install a 64 bit version of a Product into an existing 32 bit OpenEdge installation.
FIX:
Contact your Sales Representative to obtain a version of the product being installed that is consistent from a bit level with the installation that already exists on your machine. Example: If you have a 32 bit release of OpenEdge installed on your machine, you cannot install a 64 bit OpenEdge product into that existing 32 bit installation. An installation needs to be consistent from a bit perspective. No capability to mix and match 32 bit verses 64 bit OpenEdge Components within a single installation.
