SYMPTOM(s):
One user out of many is getting a (6107) message with an old installation.
"PROMSGS: Read version <version> from <filename>. Expected version is <version>. (6107)
FACT(s) (Environment):
All installations are stand alone installations.
Other users are not having any problems with installs of the same version.
promsgs file size and date stamp does not match that of working installs.

CHANGE:
Nothing has been changed.
CAUSE:
promsgs file is corrupt, cause is unknown at time of writing.
FIX:
Not knowing how the file was corrupted, uninstalling and reinstalling would be best, because other files may have been effected.
If the promsgs file is the only file effected it could be replaced with a good one from another installation.
