Core dump and the following message occurs when using the ODBC DataServer executables:
/usr/lib/dld.sl: Unresolved symbol:__shlinit (code) from
/gateways/hpux/intersolv31/lib/libodbcinst.sl
CAUSE:
Progress does not support the aCC compiler for version 9.0A. This error occurs because the Intersolv 3.1 DataDirect Driver Pack for HP-UX 10.20 uses the aCC compiler.
FIX:
Install the Intersolv 3.1 DataDirect Driver pack for HP-UX 10.10 which uses the cFRONT compiler that is compatible with Progress version 9.0A.
The Intersolv 3.1 DataDirect Driver Pack for HP-UX 10.10 is also compatible with HP-UX 10.2 and HP-UX 11.
