Upgraded application from 10.1A to OpenEdge 10.1C
CAUSE:
In the new deployment, a complex monitoring database schema write trigger was erroneously enabled. In the earlier high performance deployment, this trigger was disabled.
FIX:
Disabling the erroneously enabled database schema write trigger restored the performance to its previous levels and resolved this issue.
