OEA: Project creation error when creating a new project in an exiting location.
An error was encountered while creating this project.
Error processing changed links in project description file.
The error is displayed in a "Project Creation Error" alert-box states
Some source code files, developed using AppBuilder and the Procedure Editor or a combination thereof, exist in the target location.
Other files also exist in the target file.

CAUSE:
The project was being created on top of an existing location that already has a .project file that contains linked directories.
FIX:
Ensure that the target existing directory where the new project is to be created does not already have a .project file that contains linked directories.
