Promon status display shows SQL servers in an INACTIVE state
FACT(s) (Environment):
Telnet to SQL broker port works
_sqlsrv2 processes are running
Killing _sqlsrv2 processes does not work
IBM AIX

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Reboot the system and restart the brokers.
