CLOB Type and codepage change not respected upon load of delta.df
Load of delta.df generates no error message but the schema remains the same
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00177533
FIX:
The workaround would be to manually create the CLOB field of the desired type and codepage using Data Dictionary.
