Code sets the SCREEN-VALUE of a Browse cell to blank in a ROW-DISPLAY trigger
Session is started using -cpinternal UTF-8
Problem does not occur if -cpinternal is set to 1252
Problem does not occur if the SCREEN-VALUE of the Browse cell is set to a non-blank value

FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1C03 or later
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.2A01 or later
As a workaround set the SCREEN-VALUE of the Browse cell to a non-blank value
