SYMPTOM(s):
Running an ABL procedure that contains XML syntax generates an error stating that the proxml.dll is missing or incomplete.
The proxml.dll or libproxml.so was missing or incomplete or XML could not be initialized. (9088)
Running the dependency walker utility shows that there is a problem with the xerces-psc.dll file.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows Server 2003
OpenEdge 10.1C
CAUSE:
The xerces-psc.dll file has a 0k size.
FIX:
Copy the xerces-psc.dll file from another, similar installation, or re-install OpenEdge.
