Tables in Temp-DB do not have VIEW-AS phrase of source definitions
FACT(s) (Environment):
AppBuilder does not render fields as expected widget type for temp-tables defined in Temp-DB

CAUSE:
This is a product limitation.
The temp-db maintenance tool works by instantiating the temp-table, and getting a handle to it's default buffer and buffer-fields, but by design the buffer-field:VIEW-AS attribute is not populated from the table schema.
