TCP/IP write error occurred with errno 32

Upgraded 10.1B to 10.1C
CAUSE:
Code was added in 10.1C to try to detect when the Broker / Server process can no longer transmit packets through TCP/IP.
If this type of situation is detected, then a message will be reported indicating the operating system error that was received by the process when it attempted to transmit the packet.
FIX:
This message is the result of additions to the product in OpenEdge 10.1C and is highlighting a potential network or application problem.
