FIX:
The default login screen will appear as soon as users are created in the database via Data Dictionary/Data Administration (into _users table).
If the goal is to custom application login, use a default user can be created to be used as arguments of -U and -P parameters. At the appropriate time on the login screen the SETUSERID function can be used to set the login prompted by the custom login screen.
