Function dsaAIApplyNote failed in rpNOT_ProcessNoteBlock with error -30000. (10428)
Block processing ended in error at block # in area #. Site Replication cannot continue. (10495)
Unexpected error -30000 returned to function rpAGT_AgentLoop. (10504)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Source database crashed.
When Source and Target databases are restarted Physical redo failed.
Replication database will not sync after database crash.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00105020
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.0B01 or later.
In order to restart the database:
Replication must be disabled for the database and then re-enabled from scratch.
