Actuate SaveAsHtml function fails with version 2 reports
Any version 2.x Actuate report document, using a viewer such as ADT,
EUDT, the Viewer or the LRX you will not be able to Save As HTML.
The older AFCs did not contain such information which would allow to
Save As HTML.
You need to convert the version 2 ROD into version 3.
