Long-running requests block AppServer for other calls
Specific AppServer requests can take several minutes to complete
Other requests made at the same time are not processed
FACT(s) (Environment):
AppServer broker configured with low maximum number of AppServer agents
Progress 9.x
OpenEdge 10.x

CAUSE:
The long-running requests use all available agents, and they remain unavailable until those requests are finished
FIX:
Increase maximum number of agents on AppServer, in order to ensure there are agents available to handle all incoming requests while some agents are busy on longer-running tasks
