SYMPTOM(s):
Connection to a second database from the procedure editor of a connected database errors with: There is no server active for database (704) and references a server where the databases no longer exist.
Error message references the -H (hostname) value of a server where the database once existed.
The issue is only present when making a connection to a specific database while connected to a different but specific database.
The database that has the issue shows the old server name listed under PARAMS in its' df file.

CHANGE:
Databases were recently migrated to a new OS .
CAUSE:
In the utilities section of Data Dictionary, the OE auto connect list, has an entry pointing to the old server. The auto connect statement exist in this database with a connection to the old server where the database used to reside. The database included in the auto-connect list when referenced in a program, and is not connected, the parameters stored here will be used for an "auto-connect".
FIX:
Delete this old entry from the auto connect list for this database.
